Surely a place and a host like no other! Cozy rooms with great view of the snow-caps/valleys around! Finger lickin' cuisines coming off the kitchen too! Besides, Mr.Dawa, ever so helpful, and his family sure go out of their way to make sure ALL the guests have a memorable time @ the OGH! We sure shall be over @ OGH the next time around and re-commend that folks visiting Leh blindly(Yep!) opt for Oriental 'cause OGH never will dis-appoint you, trust us!

The stay @ oriental was very pleasant and very homely. The hospitality is amazing. Clean and hygienic rooms. I will be visiting Leh again and planning to stay @ oriental and not any other place.

Stayed there for 3 nights in C Block . it’s like staying in home ambiance .The room was neatly done & hygiene was maintained . The family was quite hospitable . food ( veg ) was good . B/f takes time as its freshly prepared . worth waiting for . I would surely stay there on my next visit to leh . regards

Before even reaching Ladakh, the way the website has been designed is very helpful and informative. Even minute details have been given importance to and details are given in a very transparent manner. I am looking forward to coming and experiencing the Hospitality u guys have to offer. Cheers

I enjoyed my stay in oriental . The best thing of this place is the hospitality . the location n the view from the room was superb ... Dawa & his team were great always ready to fulfill the demands of the guest . all the praise for the ladies who use to run around 24hrs in the chilling cold with the bucket of water . Dawa's dad was the most adorable person always happy go lucky nature n he was the king of the kitchen . Thanks Uncle for ur lovely fud. Thanks to Dawas Younger sister . Every place of this guest house has given a peace of mind .I miss the puppy who use to b always thr when we use to have our breakfast . Dawa ur son is a darling . My wishes n regards to everyone at ur place...Jullay

Nice place to stay at Leh. Its affordable and beautiful. The management is excellent, they are smiling and always helpful. I was there for ten days in last week of Sept '09 and wish to there again during my next Leh trip. Thanks Dawa and Team for a memorable experience.
